Solutions

Our solutions can be deployed as a standalone system or can also be integrated into existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. They are deployed on a RedBox appliance server and will use a combination of fixed and handheld readers that are suitable for the given environment. These solutions comply with EPCglobal standards and will operate with all compliant tags, readers and handhelds.

RedAsset
RedAsset is a customisable solution designed to simplify the inventory management of spare parts, tools and portable equipment. RedAsset tracks asset movements automatically across multiple locations within or across sites. The built-in RFID handheld capability enables rapid stock checking and locating of all tagged assets, thereby increasing inventory accuracy and productivity. RedAsset can be configured to include product movement alerts and authorisations that match customer workflow and processes. Configuring customer workflow into RedAsset will enable accurate implementation of FIFO stock movement and enable item level warranty management. The reporting capabilities in RedAsset can provide users with a full record of item movements.

RedWarehouse
RedWarehouse is a cross-industry solution to improve the management of warehouse process. The solution is designed to track inbound goods from a production line, factory, distributor or other supply chain partner. Deployed as a standalone system or integrated with an existing ERP system, RedWarehouse is capable of tracking a hierarchy of items, cases and pallets. The solution supports the optimisation of item, case and pallet movement by improving the accuracy of stock picking. RedWarehouse also maximises the efficiency of warehouse storage by improving space utilisation and speeding up stock checking. RedWarehouse can also support accurate implementation of FIFO stock movement. Its reporting capabilities can provide users with a full record of item movements.

RedLog
RedLog is a highly customisable, configurable and extensible cross-industry solution for tracking items across a supply chain. The solution runs on a number of networked RedBoxes which allows for a drop-and-deploy approach. The solution enables automated inbound and outbound processing within the same organisation or across multiple companies. The automation of these processing improves stock handling productivity, enable the reduction of buffer and obsolete inventory as well as improving product availability. The resulting tightening of the supply chain should also reduce stock loss in transit, enable more effective cross and through selling. It will also enable more effective product recall control using serialised track and trace information.
