The Opportunity 

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven campaigns, analyse results, and optimise our marketing efforts to achieve scalable and sustainable growth.

Roles Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our growth goals. This includes user acquisition, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and customer retention strategies.
  • Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop and promote high-quality content that engages and educates our target audience.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and drive customer retention.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimise website content and landing pages for search engines. Manage and optimise pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase organic and paid search visibility.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimise landing pages, email campaigns, ad creatives, and other marketing assets for improved performance.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline and scale marketing efforts.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong track record of achieving growth goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on innovation and experimentation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimisation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

  • Excellent communication abilities, adept at liaising with various stakeholders.
