On the 20th June, 2016, RedBite joined guests from over 47 countries at the Royal Festival Hall, London for the second HyperCat Summit and the launch of Hyperspace. The evening was a huge success with a wide array of issues being discussed that are already changing and will continue to transform the way we live and work.

RedBite’s Chairman, Professor Duncan McFarlane was one of seven speakers that participated in the section of the evening focused on transforming the way we work. An interesting debate ensued over the role of automation, the consequential impact on the role of people alongside automation and what the priorities of automation should be.

HyperCat is a consortium and standard driving secure and interoperable Internet of Things (IoT) for Industry and cities.
